History of Novolex

The Novolex acquisition history timeline

The Novolex growth story begins with Hilex® Poly, our business that manufactures plastic retail bags and operates plastic bag and film recycling operations. As sales grew organically, Novolex began acquiring companies that built on our strengths in packaging and product innovation — adding complementary products to our portfolio and contributing to our sustainability story.
