Sustainability Vision, Pillars & Metrics
Novolex continues to pursue our sustainability vision to innovate more sustainable choices for our customers, operate responsibly and invest in our people and communities. By engaging with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, communities and other industry partners, we consistently identify new metrics to measure our performance, refine our data collection methods and establish targeted initiatives to drive progress across our business. Since the publication of our first sustainability report covering FY 2018, we have expanded our use of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress. All reported metrics align with the Sustainability Pillars outlined below.
