At Novolex, we believe packaging must perform in the real world — not just in ideal conditions, but across the full complexity of how products are made, used, and recovered. That belief drives how we innovate, how we operate and how we help our customers meet evolving expectations. It’s what we mean when we say we are material conscious by design. Since 2022, we have reduced greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 1 million metric tons of CO2e, and we have achieved a 25% reduction in emissions intensity against our target of 30% by 2030, putting us ahead of pace. We are also advancing circularity across our portfolio. In 2025, we used more than 1 billion pounds of recycled content in our fiber and resin products, supported in part by recycling facilities we operate ourselves. Additionally, 64% of our applicable product revenue now comes from products designed to be recyclable, compostable, or reusable.
